I've noticed some of my pepper plants started to have these small white-ish pimples down on the stem.
Do you recognize these or think they are something to worry about?

Nothing to worry about. They are potential roots. Plant will be fine as it is, or you can put them lower in the soil. Don’t need to stress with whatever you decide though, totally normal.
