Ok, so next time, use a round pan that can go in the oven and the tortilla fits pretty snug in, treat it like a thin crust and sauce almost to the edge, and put cheese all the way to the edge so that the pan caramelizes it, and add your pepperonis. I do this all the time when I’m broke and in the mood for pizza.
