hello guys in this video I’m going to share loads of meals for you guys I’ve been filming a lot over the months and I haven’t had time to edit it so I would have bought this um luxa kit on sale some time ago and now I’m starting to use it up so it comes with some dehydrated veggies noodles and a little pack of luxa sauce I have some prawns in the freezer which I’ve just defrosted and I’m going to use that in my luxa you can use any protein of choice chicken um fish whatever you like I’ve also got some frozen green beans which I’m going to add into this luxa if you flip the packaging over it comes with very clear instructions it’s a relatively simple meal you just throw everything together and this is what the finished product looks like I did have some leftover sauce the following day and I had tofu in the fridge so I’ve just used the sauce and chucked in some tofu and I’m pretty sure I served this tofu luxa on top of some rice you can also add in some straw mushrooms as well if you like next meal I’ve just got some banana that I’ve mashed up with a teaspoon of butter and loads of cinnamon powder and a bit of sugar I’ve just smeared that on top of some white bread and tossed it into the air fryer and this is how it turned out it was really simple and delicious next meal I’ve got some eggs a bit of salt some spring onions I always have spring onions in my freezer so I’m just mixing that up and I’ve also got some prawns which I’ve cut into to small chunks so I’ve added some garlic butter and olive oil in the pan then I start to cook off my prawns lightly seasoned with salt then I remove the prawns and add the egg in and start doing a soft scramble once the egg starts cooking probably about 85% through that’s when I add the prawns in on top because the prawns are predominantly already cooked because I cook them separately before I start on the egg this meal can be served on top of rice or even a soft bun the next clip I think I got some of the cooked beetro from Costco had some lambs of luy because it would have been on sale that particular week at koh’s so I’ve got lamps of luy beetro and a bit of feta cheese super simple super easy next meal relatively similar I’ve just got some Moroccan chicken beetro feta and some frozen corn which I’ve just chucked into the microwave on one of the wigs I got some markdown salmon and I think this particular day I wanted a light meal so I’ve just got some pan cooked salmon with a side of kimchi I purchased some Solo in steak from my local butcher lightly seasoned with salt and garlic powder just cooking that in a bit of olive oil then I toss in my tomatoes and I often have it with some type of green veg whether it’s frozen green beans or broccoli this is a really simple meal that I have very often as the weather gets colder I tend to gravitate towards soups I’ve got a chicken broth there with some spinach and tofu super easy um and very nourishing the next meal isn’t healthy but I’m going to share it with you guys anyways I’ve just got some butter garlic soy straw mushrooms which I’ve stir fried with some of that bodak cabonara noodles it’s a little pink packet I would have shown you guys in one of the grocery hauls the B carbonara noodles are super delicious but it is on the spicy end if you can’t tolerate spice and maybe cut back on the chili sauce this next clip is one of my meal prepping videos I’ve got some chicken thigh that I’m cooking no oil again I’ve got some onions and carrot seasoning wise I used some Basel leaves pretty sure I also added in some garlic powder off camera Italian herbs and smoked paprika I much prefer smoked paprika over regular paprika I find it adds so much more flavor I also add in some thyme a little bit of salt and chicken stock I’m pretty sure I show you guys that later on and I had some leftover cream which I used up there wasn’t enough cream though so I also substituted some milk in as well so I just let that simmer then I add in my frozen green beans just to add some more veg into this meal and you can easily serve this on top of pasta or rice next meal I purchased some lamb steaks probably a few months ago for $450 a pack so I’ve just pan cooked that um steam some broccolini some rocket garlic aoli and an avocado now this next meal is kind of an indulgent meal because it’s not healthy but these are Chinese sausages they have a sweet and savory flavor I cook them on a really low heat without oil because they’re quite fatty so it will release a lot of oil on its own and I tend to add in a few spring onions as well because it just adds more flavor to the meal I think this is often served on top of sticky rice but I didn’t have any on hand so I just served it on top of white rice you can also add a sunny egg to this I must have had a lazy day because I’ve got some instant rice noodles here so it comes with a crab soup base um some fried onions as well so I just start by boiling the water tossing the noodles because these noodles are thinner than ramen noodles I normally cut the heat just before I add the noodles in in the next clip I was craving a potato salad for some reason so I just boiled some potatoes mixed in a bit of garlic aoli salt and added in some cheese this is a really simple breakfast just some toast peanut butter banana and honey super delicious and super easy as we head towards the colder months you guys are going to notice I make a lot of curries I actually think I made this curry last winter but I didn’t get a chance to upload this footage yet so I’ve just got some yellow curry carrots cauliflower onion onion and coconut milk you can add in whatever veggies you like this is just what I had on hand on this particular day when I was filming it I just wanted to mention baby corn Spears and even the canned mushrooms are often really nice in curry as well but I often just use whatever I have on hand it’s a great throw it together meal so once I add in the curry paste I add in the coconut milk toss in the veggies let it cook and then I just serve it on top of some white rice this next clip is a super easy one as well I’ve got some diced tomatoes two eggs so I start by adding some olive oil to the pot then I toss in my diced tomatoes lightly seasoned with a bit of chicken powder or chicken stock then I tossed in my scrambled eggs cook that through and serve it on top of rice I think this is a a traditional Chinese meal obviously it’s been a little bit westernized over the years so I’ve got some mushrooms here onions and minced garlic I’ve also got some frozen Udo noodles that I would have bought in bulk from Costco but I have noticed that Kohls and Willies are starting to sell these Frozen Udo noodles in packs of five in the freezer section so I start by cooking my mushrooms with a little bit of olive oil um I also add in a bit of garlic powder and chicken Salt if you’re vegan you can leave out the chicken Salt and just use normal salt and I also add in my minced garlic and onions and let it cook all together now sauce wise I actually add in a bit of milk to create this creamy sauce but you can add in thicken cream as well if you like I’ve just replaced it with milk because that’s what I had on hand I also pre-boil the noodles separately in a separate pot just to start the cooking process and then I just toss the noodles in with the sauce probably mix it around for a minute or two just to let the noodles fully coat in the sauce it’s a super easy relatively healthy meal in my opinion because I used milk instead of cream and also very vegan friendly so you can just swap out the noodles for some vegan noodles and use maybe oat milk or almond milk or whatever vegan milk of choice I hope you guys enjoyed this video and I’ll see you in   1. Pro tip use the air fryer to render down those lap cheong sausages it keeps the flavor and doesn’t burn the sugars
