First time using the Vortex to cook up some wings last night. The Vortex will be the only way I make wings from here on out.
Wings: Half with Meat Church, Lemon Pepper rub and the other half with PitBoss, Maple Chipotle rub with Smoked Hickory sauce.
Wings were a SMASH!
