[Music] cooking show guys amazing to be in the kitchen giving your favorite recipes anywhere i just want to give you a quick update jerk jerk jerk jerk season in the kitchen i’m going to show you off and make yourself some jerk season for your chicken at warm all right don’t go anywhere stay right there watch this beautiful recipe and you know what i mean please tell a friend and a friend tell a friend we have a lot more recipes a lot more ideas will be coming from chef recording the team but one thing i want to say to you guys there’s a twist to mine i don’t know about your one all right we met before but yeah stay tuned we’re gonna make you a nice lovely jerk sauce free flint on your chicken and make your chicken come on nice with a chocolate panda barbecue grill outside all right don’t season in the kitchen with chef ricardo anyway let’s kick it off no time to higher no time to muck about witness now nice one nice and lovely guys so basically you know i mean i’m just gonna kick it off right away all right the first thing what we’re going to do is get some get yourself a pen and a paper right now first thing ingredients some vegetable oil all right roughly about four tablespoon of vegetable oil we’re gonna put some white vinegar roughly about four tablespoon of white vinegar [Applause] also inside of it fermented seed fermented seed this is from jamaica one large tablespoon inside of it all right now i’ve got roughly about a tablespoon of sugar i’m using brown sugar and then i put that straight inside of it all right now we got garlic one two three four five six seven eight ten cup of garlic all right i know we got some ginger we’re gonna put some ginger in there now some fresh organic ginger all right cut it up and put it straight inside of it organic ginger is very very good all right guys white onion straight inside of it all right i’m using three medium sized white onion as you can see for yourself all right we’ve got some spring on that oh yeah one more cover garlic 11 cup of garlic one spring onion let’s get yourself a portion of spring onion and chop you up i’m putting it all this is natural blend in season all right no no no shy i like my natural blending seasoning you know all right this is growing in not the egg i’m gonna put a little bit in it this is some jamaican natural dried chili all right one teaspoon yeah let’s put that in there don’t worry one teaspoon we got some mixed herb that little miraculous herb to cook with it i’m gonna put a large damn spoon in it i love herb man to be honest me personally love my herb all right now we’re gonna get a lemon or a lime but i’m using lime because the lime doesn’t have any seed it’s cut into half straight inside of it now i got some fresh thyme it’s going to cut out the bottom part of the thyme and i’ll just put it straight inside of it natural organic yeah that’s that’s that’s what we had about if you notice i got down my gloves i’m gonna put some let’s cut by the pepper in it well this is gonna be really hot guys so you have to be careful all right yeah this is some chili i got these are just for me up left uplifting my fridge and i’m just using them up you know what i mean yeah so but the drummer can’t catch money proper vietnamese okay i’ll play with the mana let’s take off the you can remove some of the seed if you like to that’s what i want to do because i don’t want to put too much of the seed inside of it guys that’s going to be hot like fire all right so i just wanna move some of the seed from the the jamaican scratch by the prep of the car definitely it’s going to be really hot and you don’t want to if you’re burning up and i mean what if you just have it i like a mild mild fever you know i mean yeah so what you can do is just tear off the top part and put the flesh inside of it all right yeah guys this is gonna be really hot so as i say you can you don’t have to put your seat you see it bit inside of it you don’t want you know it’s gonna be really hot honestly let me say act proper proper act guys similarly prep already i’m gonna start blending it yeah that’s looking good man to be honest it stopped burn me out through the gloves hot hot real jamaican jerk season this this is not like now my season we have at one blending up we are talking about the real authentic jamaican season you know what i mean yeah so we’re not using the seed part or somebody will put somebody in there ready with the seal but we’re not gonna use one of them with the seed can we already don’t know so the john muir can prepare it on our mother all right now i’m just gonna just put them outside the car we don’t know the thing set already yeah make sure you clean up an era put away all that stuff democrat you don’t want to get burned guys honestly from the jamaican scotch bonnet pepper try and get rid of all of the proper things that might run you the door one two they get burned from the scratch by the pepper all right no there’s a little secret i can’t show you the scene here where you can also do what you don’t have to and next time when i’m going to be doing another video i will definitely show you what you can also do now as i said the scotch-botted purple section is at the moment all right so you have to be careful you have to be careful while you’re doing it now the vinegar will kill some of the hotness all right so we’re gonna put on roughly about another two tablespoon of the vinegar on it all right now what we’re going to do i got some bro on it but i don’t have enough left but i’m just going to just pour my omelette inside of it pour a little bit of vinegar inside of the brown and butter and i’ll shake it up because i thought i have enough brownie all right but i don’t have enough let’s pour it in like this all right so roughly about two tablespoons of brown you just want it because to be honest i just want to forget that beautiful color what are you looking for you know i mean gonna put a little bit of soya sauce so you still have to be careful you know i mean yeah still have to be careful put a little bit aside nice one john muirton style all right let’s split it up but now we have too much time planning on the car you know how many people hacked it on let’s be careful yeah peppa hot all right you know uh burn the police now as i said it’s time to blend it up all right we’re just going to make a little bit of nice i’ll make you guys can see what i want all right let’s blend it [Applause] [Music] [Applause] come on things looking good things looking good i mean it’s gonna push it down yeah you have some more browning you can give it a little bit more browning honestly you will see how it does look really nice fantastic so that looks nice and rich that’s exactly what i’m talking about now this is finished all right let’s pour it out [Music] make way pour that beautiful jerk season all right this is what’s gonna happen take a look at time and poor.com this is hattana mad sick this is normal all right you fling this by your chicken oh my god you don’t even wanna you don’t even wanna talk about it trust me trust me guys this is exactly what chef record i’ve been talking about look at that you saw that look look how that look rich and nice look at that beautiful fantastic and an amazing so if you’re at home and you know i mean you want to make yourself some jerk seasoning thing that little bit that jerk season this coming really handy for you guys honestly look on the wall texture the world thing so that look nice yeah i hate that to them so that look good you make this i’ll put this in your fridge that can last up to a month in your fridge one month in your fridge and you use it do some chicken marinate your meat another thing there all right thank you   4. Very difficult to follow your recipe you do not describe name of some ingredients and specially with your heavy accent I have no idea what you put in it. Also half of you blender was full of scotch bonnets that is crazy. No normal human and consume this or get a taste of any other ingredients. Terrible recipe.

  5. Too much pepper 🌢 ruins the taste of what you're making. You're trying to kill somebody with all that pepper 🌢.

  6. Browning makes no sense to me… I never use browning as it adds nothing to the jerk itself. Soy sauce too I leave that out. You add soy sauce and say it adds salt and then add table salt right after… bearing in mind some seasoning have salt in it already. My people leave the soy sauce, browning and salt out of it. You’ll make a very nice jerk without those. They’re not needed and pls pls don’t over do the scotch bonnet unless you want it fire fire
