3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1/4 cup butter melted
3/4 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup dark or light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla ( I edited this out in error, but I put it in there, promise!)
4 eggs

Sprinkle the pecans in the bottom of a greased 9″ pie plate.
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and then pour over the pecans in the pie plate.
Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Store covered in the refrigerator.

impossibly easy pecan pie it uses [Music] bisqui let’s see what’s cooking it’s time for you your ma 12 hello everyone here’s another recipe from this book called Betty Crocker’s bisqui impossibly easy pies I actually found that at a thrift store so starting off with a 9-in pie plate that’s been LLY to this you’ll add 1 and 1/2 cups of chopped pecans I have some chopped ones here but most of them are just the halves and that’s fine then in another Bowl Place half a cup of bisqui baking mix 3/4 of a cup of packed brown sugar 1/4 cup of melted butter four eggs 3/4 of a cup of whipping cream and 3/4 of a cup of light or dark corn cor syrup and yes I know corn syrup is the [Music] devil then just blend that together with a whisk doesn’t get much easier than this and once that’s Blended all you have to do is pour it in your pie plate and what’s nice about these recipes is that this amount in that bowl will fit perfectly in that 9 in pie plate then you’re going to put this in the oven at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted it in the center comes out clean and it says you should let it stand for 5 minutes before serving it and this is what it looks like when it comes out of the oven the peans stay floating on top and they get a nice golden brown and they get nice and crunchy and here is a closeup of a piece of the pie that’s been cut out you can see it has a very nice kind of custardy type of bottom to it and it tastes well as you can imagine imagine just like pecan pie the only thing that’s missing is the bottom crust now if you’re a lover of crust in pies then this is maybe not the pie for you but if that is not your favorite part of the pie and really the filling is usually the important part you will love this it is so fast and so simple to put together if you can find bisqui mix where you live you can find Copycat recipes on the interwebs and here is another impossibly easy pie that you might want to check out it is a cherry pie that I’ve already posted thank you so much for watching

  1. If blinked and almost missed it haha :D. that was so easy haha! Good lookin pie 😀 yummy!

  2. I did had pecan pie from before. But, peanuts are obviously my favorite kind of nuts. But, I did like how you managed to do this so quickly!

  3. You can use maple syrup to substitute corn syrup, that’s how I make my pecan pie. For this recipe I would probably just add some corn starch to thicken it so it’s the same consistency as the corn syrup.

  4. Never been a huge fan of pecan pie but I appreciate the simplicity of this one. Glen & Friends channel did an in-depth on 3 different pecan pie recipes and one that was their favorite used buttermilk and apple cider vinegar!

  5. Oh, YUM! I used to make all kinds of impossible pies in the '70s and they were all great. They are so easy, especially after a hard day at work!
