Long story short, I’ve never grown ANYTHING (34f)… any time I was gifted a plant, it didn’t survive, so I kinda gave up and just admired from afar.
In November my little family inherited a house and a full blown garden. flowers, peach trees, a veggie garden… I’ve got a rhubarb plant that’s taking over my front yard lol
It was a lot at first, but man… the first time I picked an onion out of the freaking ground and put it on a hotdog, ya girl was hooked.
April rolls around, I get some pepper plants gifted to me because of said garden and excitement… I’ll admit I was scared I was going to fudge something up, then I was like no way I’ve got Reddit lol
Fast forward to like this week… my little buddies are sooooo happy in their new pots, and got so soak up a bunch of real sunshine
If you stuck around this long thanks lolol I’ll post updates lol
The little tag stuck in the dirt called them “sky hot pepper”

Nice work! Peppers are the best veggie IMO.
Congratulations. Keep up the great work 💪
Peppers are the best. You’re doing great. This is a super supportive sub, too, so you’re in great company.
Love this post!! People are so afraid to care for plants. It is such a rewarding hobby and watching your babies grow in front of your eyes is such a good feeling. Nurture them and I can’t wait until. They grow big and bear tons of fruit for you !!
Talk away, my spicy friend!
Congratulations! Have fun!
Nice! Best of luck!
