Miyoshi Ramen in Kailua. It is a tiny family owned place, kind of easy to walk by on a street of outdoor bars and a huge mall, but definitely a hidden gem of the town.
I would order their Shoyu ramen with extra Charsiu and marinated eggs.

I think what really knocked this place out of the park for me was their fresh noodles, their delicious broth, and their perfect softboiled eggs. The meat was good too but was cooked and then sliced, I prefer a little sear on it after slicing. The fact that that’s my only complaint about it should tell you how great this place is.

Also worth a try is their Gyoza, also fresh and homemade tasting. Their menu is huge, but I never felt the desire to venture outside their ramen offerings.
