Knicks and Chablis! Let's go New York!
Stored at 45 degrees, popped and poured. Paired with citrus/garlic roasted chicken and a vegetable salad.
Visually, an appealing light golden color.
On the nose, crisp, fresh green apples – citrus hints, oranges. A refreshing walk through a meadow. Expected scents, of course.
On the palate, quite crisp – pronounced acidity. Crisp like those apples, which follow your nose into your taste buds. Refreshing. Went excellently as a complement to the meal. A bit one-note though, would've loved additional flavor components.
Pleasantly long finish. That crisp feeling endures. That same acidity lingers, too. Overall, satisfied!
Looking for some other Chablis recommendations in the $20-$30 range as daily drinkers!

William Fevre is solid from the entry level up to their Grand Crus.
If you’re in a place where you can get it, Costco’s Kirkland Chablis is pretty brilliant. Premier Cru for $18?
