P. Terry’s – 30 Locations around Austin area and 2 in San Antonio. First opened in 2005. Fresh cut fries in house all day long and never frozen angus beef. $4.85 for a Double Cheeseburger. $2.15 for fries. $7 meal.
Each Restaurant seems to have its own look, maybe no 2 alike, I dunno 🤷♂️

Grew up in Austin. Pterrys has always been my favorite fast food burger. Definitely add the grilled onions and jalapeños, their jalapeño is diced up and more like a spread with pretty solid heat compared to norm pickled jalapeños. In n out came here years back and I’d eat pterrys>in n out 10 times out of 10.
Their veggie burger is really damn good too, probably my favorite veggie burger. And they have great shakes, my favorite is salted caramel or root beer. I’d recommend to anyone visiting Austin.
