Ketchup doesn’t exist. Which condiment(s) are you putting on your burger?

Ketchup does exist and I still don’t put it on burgers.

  2. Mustard, mayonnaise, miracle whip, BBQ sauce, special sauce aka thousand island, A1. There are plenty of choices

IMO, a spicy mayo is best. Throw on a few pickled jalapenos and you can get $10+ out of me.

My fav recipe for spicy mayo is a tablespoon of mayo plus a few drops of Truff hotter sauce (from costco to save $). That’ll produce some reasonably hot mayo to slap on your burgers instead of ketchup.

Spinach, stone ground mustard, pickles, heirloom tomatoes, and thick cut bacon with muenster cheese.

Ranch dressing. Make your own at home, it’s much better than that stuff you buy at the store.

Definitely mayo. I’d pair it with either mustard or hot sauce.

Dijon mustard, onions, mushrooms, and A1 steak sauce.

Mustard, horseradish sauce, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, pickles, salt & pepper, Thousand Island Dressing, onions, lettuce, and/or maybe a single layer of crispy French fries?

    Sweet baby rays.

And over easy egg, onion straws, American cheese, bacon. Those are all condiments right?

Steak Sauce. Add some grilled onions and pepper jack as well.
