Yellow bird green is my new favorite replacement for cholula green pepper, the yellow bird has a nice subtle sweetness. The Beware is excellent but definitely not "comatose heat level" it will be going in a batch of chilli soon nice habanero flavorand great heat . Now this soy chile is some of the best asain inspired sauces iv ever had sweet spicy and tons of ginger garlic and soy sauce flavor will definitely be buying again. And Frank's red hot is just your standard go to

I don’t think it’s fair to even use Yellowbird and Cholula in the same sentence. One at least still tastes small batch and is full of flavor while the other is clearly mass produced green colored vinegar.
