Recipes from the Emily cookbook. My gf is from Detroit so thought this would be an easy, fun, and cute first style to try. Turned out quite well, though I think I need to figure out how to get the dough more airy for next time. Any suggestions for that would be appreciated.

Gotta get that cheese up on the edge. Good frico is the best part.
