I own one and it seems OK to me. I’m sure the Meatr ones are “better”, but for the price, it gets the job done.

I’ve used mine now on a couple cooks. So far it works well, though my ambient sensor seems quirky but could just be placement.
My only complaint is that the base station beeps really loudly when it hits temp, like piercingly loud and if im inside, I’m sure my neighbors are annoyed. I haven’t found a way to disable that yet.

I have a normal Temp Spike that seems to work pretty decently. I also have a Meater 2+ that I like a bit better, and I like the Meater app better, but overall I wouldn’t complain about the Temp Spike.
