2-3 bags of Daiya CUTTING BOARD CHEEZE CHEDDAR
3 cups of non dairy unsweeted milk
2-3 tbsp. of season salt
smoked paprika
pinch of garlic powder
bhoa cheese skuces

hey what’s going on mechanics welcome to another video so I’m gonna show you guys how to make some vegan mac and cheese the baked vegan mac and cheese I already had like an initial recipe on my channel but I really just wanted to separate my second recipe or the updated recipe for my vegan mac and cheese because the first one I was still kind of learning and it was cool but I redid my recipe it’s in that Thanksgiving video a lot of you’ve already seen it but some people still ask me for my new recipe so I just thought that I should just take the footage from that recipe and like from my Thanksgiving recipe and just make a separate video for it I do have plenty more videos coming so just be patient but in this video I’ll show you how I did the vegan mac and cheese at Thanksgiving time it is so good it is so delicious so cheesy oh my gosh like make this for your friends and not guarantee that you’re gonna make them go vegan if you new here hit the subscribe button thumb sweetened almond milk now I actually really need about three it’s three cups of unsweetened almond milk BAM [Music] two tablespoons seasoned salt little garlic and herb miss – and a bit of smoked paprika that make you a frico you cook this on you cook that on about a pretty medium heat there so what she just wants that to do is to cook up and I start boiling and then you add your cheese to it okay now look the macaroni elbows is cooked what we’re gonna do now is at the nope mixture I use almond milk unsweetened like I said I have seasonings are already in it and then we’re going to add the cheese as well and stereo [Music] [Music] so it took some child cheese out the pack I’m gonna cut it up actually I’m only gonna need about half of a pack [Music] it’s cut my bagon finger off so we’re just gonna throw cubes of this right up in there mix that up in there so it’s going cut when it cooks down its gonna have you nice little cheese chunks in the mac and cheese so we’re gonna just put this on the tray and put it in the oven I topped it with some daya cheddar shreds eat grass not ass and I’ll see you on the next video but go check out

  1. Well im not sure if i got the temperature right or bake time right.i dont believe i heared u mention it in this recipe.btw was that literally 2 Tablespoons of seasoned salt.or was more like a tsp?also what brand of seasoned salt did u use?i notice some brands have diff ingredients.

  13. You didmt specify what cheese you put in mixture before you added ciao or the vegan shreds. Makes one think you used regular cheese. The absence of verification makes me not trust this recipe and as a result this channel. To me this is not vegan.

  14. Come on being vegan is a shared community. We are absolutely careful about what we say to that community. Looks as though you used dairy cheese in the mixture before saying the vegan cheese. The dairy cheese melted so fast. Vegan cheese doesn't do that. You mentioned the ciao.lumps because you knew they would melt as fast. Which.makes one think you did use dairy cheese at first. A real vegan cannot be fooled and we know our products!!

  15. I wish daiya tasted and melted better. When I first started using their cheese for all my dishes I could eat it and it would melt properly. I tried making baked Mac n cheese that shit wouldn't melt sometime later on. For the holidays you get about 3-5 days of food. The cheese would begin to break down and melt well after the fact. Every bite had cheese chunks which I made with 75% dairy and cut out milk as the base using oat and almond worked twice. This time I'm trying a full vegan recipe. I was hoping to see what you used to get such a gorgeous melted topping. This is two years old and they have already changed the recipe. I can assume that's why it's not melting properly. The taste is still good but if your looking for a melt like that….try other brands. Whole foods, Walmart, Target and Safeway share a lot of the options and whole food has them all.

  20. What’s the hype with Daiya Cheese? It’s really not that great. I tried making macaroni and cheese with it and it had a bitter after taste to it. I’m not sure what’s in the ingredients of Daiya that causes it to have a bitter after taste to the cheese. I’m still discovering more plant based cheeses out there. Hemp cheese wasn’t that bad! It’s a lady who makes it in Florida. Her company online is called Catalyst Creamery! Check that out sometime! Stay blessed sir!
