I used The Clever Carrot’s beginner’s sourdough recipe and used 100% whole wheat flour. I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to sourdough bread lol. I originally made my starter so I could make blueberry sourdough bagels but thought I’d try my hand at bread and now I see what all the fuss is about!
