Used less water. Was less sticky as a result. Dipped in water with lye that had been stirred til clear (nothing I’ve read/watched had explained you really have to stir and wait and stir and wait til it’s clear). Egg washed and added salt. Just need to lock down the presentation now.

    Over stretch the dough till you think the holes are too big, then itll be perfect! They look awesome! Id smash those with some mustard…
