Smoked Chicken Quarters w/ Homemade Maple Sweet Heat Rub
First time trying my maple sweet heat rub. Between the rub and hickory chunks/ apple chips, it almost has a subtle whiskey barrel aroma to it with just the right amount of heat.

lol I fed my two GSD’s a piece of a chuck roast I smoked tonight. They know when the smoker is out that they’re getting some goods.
