[Music] probably one of the most delicious dinner sandwich experience that I’ve ever had it’s hot roast beef I used to go anytime we go to like a Sixers game they always had the hot roast beef you go there you get the creamy horseradish sauce you get everything you get the French dip that you choose whatever kind of good stuff but I figured out a really cool kind of hack to make a really fast hot roast beef a lot of people they get the cold cut roast beef and they just think you know okay it’s just cold that’s just the way it’s gonna be but you can heat it up and it heats up almost instantly like you could blow on this stuff it would be hot it’s so thin so all you do got a fever maybe had a fever so what I like to do is take kaiser roll any kind of roll you got cut it in half and then put some provolone cheese on there throw in the oven and just let that get crispy and melty well that’s happening take a little pan sauce pan whatever you got even like a nice other whatever there’s other thing pans are called you know you saute stuff and saute all the other thing pans put in some stock you could use water but you have to really get the flavor so you take the beef stock pour it in there turn the heat up once it starts to get to like a simmer a little bubbly add the roast beef in turn the heat off and then you’ve got this roast beef that’s like cooking in the beef broth [Music] and what you do you got your bread take a ton of that roast beef and you put it onto the sandwich then you take the top which doesn’t have the cheese on it get that in the sauce so it soaks up all the sauce put that back on the top don’t forget the muscle-up not gonna get mustard won’t you put back on the top then you’re like wait I forgot the mustard yeah pull it up see lastest dude put it back on start to take some bites and you will have one of the best tasting sandwiches even men that know about that’s the sandwich that doesn’t look like the greatest sandwich in the world but when you taste it it’s perfect sometimes color isn’t it brown brown brown brown and it’s I think it’s the Chris penis when you toast the bread and then you’re handing out juice and the melty and the mustard EP and it tastes needy yeah it’s a good sandwich [Music] you

  1. Looks awesome, but…where was the horseradish?!?! 😛
Although, actually, does horseradish and cheese go? Don't think I've ever tried it.

  2. Nice little recipe. When you say "College cooking series" ..do you expect college students to have most of these ingredients available on the cheap? I personally don't think any of these are cheap for a college student's budget..but that is me.

  3. you know, for being known as the 'brothers green' you sure don't post many green recipes. you should get some more of that magic herb and show us some awesome tips and tricks for it if you can. :)!

either way, your college cooking stuff is just as awesome!

  4. I've done this before, but with (french) onion soup (the powdered kind) rather than beef broth. It's delicious.

  5. I'm making this today for supper with your brothers French onion soup! I made a spread with a little mayo, sour cream, horse radish and hot sauce!! Sweet buttery baby Jesus it was awesome and I got all kinds of good wife points!!

  6. Just made this with my family… it… was… AWESOME!  seriously i didnt know this was so easy.  Thanks guys!

  7. I've done something like this but with a Reuben, and microwave. I take some pastrami but it on a paper plate, top it with some Swiss cheese. Nuke that for a minute, take some thousand island dressing and put it on 2 pieces of rye bread while the microwave is doing it's thing. Then I take the pastrami with melted Swiss cheese and put it on one of the pieces of bread, then some sauerkraut and top it with the other piece of bread. Just and idea for another video if you guy would like. 🙂

  8. here's how I make mine; Get some beef broth, soak the roast beef. Let it boil for a bit. When it's pinkish brown, take it out, put it on a roll, a Kizer roll. Put cheese. any kind, I use american, put the sandwich in the oven for 5 minutes. WALA
