I'll give it this, I would have never thought I had the capabilities to stuff chicken. I always thought that cutting into the chicken like this would be too difficult and it was surprisingly easy. I give this meal an 8.5/10 overall. The taste is so delicious 9/10 but the preparation took longer then expected and it uses a fair amount of dishes to cook. Also I did some modifications to the seasoning of the mash. I added some sage, cinnamon and garlic salt. Which both versions hello freshs just cream cheese and butter version and mine with some other spices were both good. But I felt that there mash was missing something. I would have wanted more from my salad like some candied pecans and some sliced apples. That would have been nice with this meal. All it consists off is leaf greens and some crumbled onions. It was tasty but lacking.

Great review – I find that any meal box has fairly lacklustre salads so I often add things that I like. One thing I will give HF is they had me put cheese in their sweet potato mash for one recipe and I have never looked back!
I’ve liked their “slaws”, especially pickled ones, but realized I like them in things not just as basically a salad. I’ve had them in a stir-fry and in taco but yea pretty lackluster as a salad.
