I’m telling you you do not want to miss out on these insane fajita steak pin Wheels starf by sauté some peppers and onions in a skillet with my heno lime pser rub cook until soften and then pull them off and lay out some skirt steak we’re going to hammer the steaks flat so they roll better then add a layer of pepper jack cheese a layer of sauteed veggies and then roll these guys up and tie off with butcher twine slice in between the twine and then season up the pin Wheels with more of my jalap lime pills iner rub we’re going to sear off the steaks over high heat to get a nice crust flip them over and push to the cooler side to cook until 120 internal pull them off and season up some shrimp and sliced jalapenos add the shrimp to a high heat Skillet cook until done and then add them to the top of your steak pin wheels and we’re diving right in
