I decide to turn my mix of leftovers into a bowl.

Leftover Persian curry chicken, white beans, quinoa I crisped up, grilled zucchini. And lightly roasted broccolini. Topped off with my spicy herb sauce. The vinegar based sauce adds herbs and freshness. Quinoa is crispy and nutty. And the broccolini has a lot of crunch left. Zucchini and beans are soft.

Great impromptu combo.
