INGREDIENTS:
20 ounce pkg Tortellini Pasta
About 2 Diced Shallots (Can also use a medium sized onion)
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 bag of Mixed Vegetables
Parmesan Cheese for topping
Diced/Cubed Ham
Toasted Breadcrumbs for topping (Optional)
