easy recipe for veggie bacon or whatever made using bean curd folds. each fold unfolds into 3-4 thingies. marinade 12-24 hours. i baked this at 375 for like 15 mins but will experiment. love these; less meaty/rubbery but more chewy than storebought; not smokey. next pursuits: ‘pulled pork’, jerky
