INGREDIENTS:
For the Pasta:
10.6 oz dry (300 g) pasta (gluten-free if needed)
For the Sauce:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small/medium onion color of choice
2 cloves of garlic minced or crushed
1 heaped 1/2 cup (50 g) sun dried tomatoes
1 cup (240 g) hummus (store-bought or homemade)
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup (240 ml) pasta water reserved before draining the pasta
1 cup fresh (30 g) baby spinach
1/2 cup fresh (10 g) basil chopped
Salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin to taste

I am not sure if you can get that brand of gluten free pasta in Germany but itโs a great pasta that taste good and keeps its shape. The brand is Rumo and is made in Italy.
