Healthy Homemade Blueberry Jam 🫐

This jam is SO quick and easy to make and way better than store bought. I’m all about avoiding as many additives s as possible in spreads, dips, etc.!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups blueberries
2 tbsp sugar free syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook on medium heat 5-7 minutes, mashing while cooking. Cook until thick and jammy and then turn off heat. Stir in chia seeds and allow to thicken more. Cool in the fridge and enjoy!

Made roughly 12 ounces. Entire recipe is 243 calories, 9g fat, 47g carbs (32 net), 5g protein
