let’s make koraki We need butter eggs sugar flour orange lemon zest baking powder and vanilla Essence this is a traditional Greek Easter biscuit first of all we’re going to beat the butter before adding the sugar and mixing well now we’re going to add the orange and lemon zest and one teaspoon of vanilla Essence these biscuits have a really nice bite to them but have a nice fluffy inside they’re delicious it’s time for the eggs and we’re going to add them one at a time before adding the flour sugar and a pinch of salt and then giving those biceps a workout mixing until it forms a dough clean down dust The Bard and gently knead the dough if it’s a little sticky add a bit more flour split the dough in half roll into logs and then cut each log into 12 pieces roll each piece into a horseshoe shape and then twist into a braid lay them out onto a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg heat the oven to 180 or 350 and pop them in for around 15 minutes now the house is going to begin to smell like a Greek Garden when they’re golden take them out let them cool and enjoy B appetite
