I cut the sandwich in half but this is the measurements for everything!
190g baguette and maybe 3 tablespoons of mayo, unsure because I scraped a lot off due to pate and coriander being on there which I do not like but the bread is still oily
162 g grilled chicken without skin, unsure if its thigh or breast
