    It looks amoebic, lacks form. The sauce running through the corn on the right looks unappetizing.

  3. I would show off the duck more. Everything sounds good but the plating and picture hides the best part of the dish – a perfectly cooked duck breast and morels. Also, given the strong flavors in the dish already, pancetta might just make it too salty and overpower the taste of duck and morels.
