I usually don’t like posting on this sub because I hate writing but after finding out recently that Mosu has closed, I just had to post this meal from back in 2022 the same month Mosu was awarded 3 stars. This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life if not the best and I still think about it to this day. Seoul IMO is ( or maybe was since Gaon is closed as well) one of the most underrated cities for high end dining as all 4 of my meals here were absolutely flawless (Mosu, Mingles, Gaon, Evett).

They are moving to a new location, but it seems that the progress is much slower than expected.
Never been to Gaon, shame on me, but I also enjoyed all the three places you mentioned—Mosu, Mingles, and Evett. Jungsik and Restaurant Allen have been also satisfying; Eatanic Garden and Solbam are the most impressive amongst relatively new ones.
