Before the two Michelin stars, hell, years before they even had a brick and mortar location and they were just doing popups around the city. I went a few times with my friends and this was one of my favorites.
Was going through old photos and clearing up space and came across these, figured someone may find them fun. Apologies for quality of images..cameras sucked on smart phones 11 years ago.

This is pretty cool nostalgia, and I personally invite this. We should show more photos of menus and courses of storied or now well established places. Also, I’ve been thinking of places that are no longer in existence. I think a lot of Michelin starred restaurants have relatively short lifespans.
Reminds me I have some photos and menus from Lazy Bear about 6-7 years ago, I need to dig up.
