I would love if you boiled it first then pan fried in butter, onions, garlic for extra color and flavor. Topped off with dollop of sour cream and chives or green onion 🙂
Nothing makes me feel fatter than seeing the way people plate their food on here. How you only have 4 perogies is beyond me. 8-12 minimum.

Pierogis need to be pan seared after boiled, but if you’re going to skip the searing then melt some butter and add some breadcrumbs and use that as a topping. Looks great though.

I have tried with pierogies but not a fan. Like dumplings much more. They are kind if tasteless imho. Filling doesn’t do it for me. Anyhow, hope you had a nice dinner
