The teddy bears inside the peach rings are super cute and creative. Everything looks great. Tell her great job and good luck!!!!

She has great technique with her piping, but the sides of her cakes are not smooth enough. You can see on the third cake that there are many crevices and divots that need to be smoothed out. Otherwise, she is a very talented baker. 🙂

Those cakes look super yummy and the beach one is very cute. Congrats to your wife and best of luck with the business!

That chocolate cake looks so dark and appetizing.

  10. I’m a fan of artisanal imperfections. I feel like a “perfect” cake is either manufactured or luxuriously expensive. I think each is perfect on its own merit; I’d have the first as a special occasion dessert, the second for a casual beach/pool/kids party, and the third is definitely a birthday cake I’ve seen in my dreams before.

    10/10

Can someone tell me the tip she used for the blue piping on the third pic?? Is it 1M?
