Smoker 3hrs plus 3 mins on charcoal wood chip smoke added to both gas and charcoal today….. fall off the bone goodness.

I should not be home bored. Cant go full duty at work yet end up on the grill everyday. Dinner grilled every night. Got my 10y/o son out here learning to command this big ass grill.
