Seitan cutlet (89g VWG, 20g all-purpose flour, 8g nooch, 4g better than bouillon chicken, 1g onion & garlic powder, 2/3 cup water; serves 2), 215g little potatoes w/garlic seasoning, 85g mushrooms, 85g broccoli, 90g zucchini, 55g cauliflower, 1g nooch (to top potatoes after cooked).

I added grilled vegetable seasoning to all the veggies and wrapped in tinfoil, then separately seasoned and wrapped potatoes. Grilled them all on the BBQ until done. I expected the veggies to shrink more— I could barely fit it all on the plate! I didn’t get a very nice grill on the seitan this time so it wasn’t as flavourful as it could’ve been, but it was still tasty.
