I feel like taragan is a really underrated herb and I know I definitely don’t use it enough but here’s a really easy delicious way to incorporate into a quick weeknight dinner I find taragan goes really nicely with pork so we’re just going to prepare some pork chops and render down the fat and use that for the base of our sauce then with some mushrooms and garlic and then we’re going to go in with some chicken sock cream alongside some Dijon mustard parmesan and our Fresh taragan then once that’s thickened up you can drench the pork chops in that gorgeous sauce and there you have my creamy mushroom taragan pork chobs
