Was probably 10 seconds too long in the oven but still one of the best pizzas I've made

    One issue I have to figure out now is storing my dough balls, bought a small dough tray but I only make 2-3 dough balls at a time so they get too much space and flatten during cold ferment. This pizza I stored an extra day in it’s own small container so it rose instead of flattening.
