I don’t really like the shape of the fruit

It might just be the angle of the photo but it looks like someone took a bite off of the shrimp. And maybe use a garnish thats not green, but instead like a purple or red (shaved radish or shallot or something that can be quick pickled to brighten the flavor). If you do stay with the stems I’d just use the tips and the leaves for garnish. Flavors sound very nice.

Looks solid, can id everything. Plate is a bit big for my taste and makes it feel smaller, lots of negative space/too offset for the plate
