  8. Sorry Shipa Auntie…You have distroyed all the nutrients by steaming the veg and discarded the steamed veg water. Sell your khichdi to an American Fast food Company thay may make it into a veg burger, full of fat, oil and carb. Pls subscribers if you are steaming the veg Save the and use that 1st and then add other water or veg stock.
