welcome back to Michael’s kitchen and today we have roasted [Music] bne Triple M and I went to Sanford Florida we went to the restaurant I forgot the name well Saito Creo yeah and we I ordered a burrito which was like liquid crack if it’s you guys know I like put a link here to my I love it’s it is my by far my favorite dish in the world anyways I get this burrito and it’s got stuffed with all the stuff and inside was a pet which was delicious out of this world well what what better chance to take than to try to make our version of roasted peril so what do we need of course the star will show a bone in skin on pork shoulder for the marinade I I have 3 tbspoon of srita with aote 2 tbsp of oregano 1 tspoon of garlic powder 1 tbsp of onion powder half a tablespoon of coriander which I had to buy I don’t have coriander half a tbsp of cumin half a tbsp of black pepper half a tbsp of salt 1/3 cup of olive oil which will be for the marinade tomorrow cuz this is going to be overnight marinade tomorrow we’re going to need some n agria quick story Nang agria we were in Santo Domingo in Dad’s house and he went to his tree and got nria and seasoned a pork chop and it was the best pork chop I’ve ever had with just this so I had to go to Rose to geta I sliced them I used it on our little what do we call this orange ju orange juicer and that’s what I have if in case I need more I’ll I’ve got old rust trusty reliable but for right now first things first let’s go ahead and get the marinade combined so in my bowl I’m going to put in the olive [Music] oil oregano garlic powder onion powder coriander cumin black pepper salt get my [Music] spoon and that’s my marinade paste which I’m going to do obviously in the pork but I’m also going to stud the pork with garlic with garlic check out our YouTube short on how to peel garlic even Triple M was surprise so I’m going to get this rookie move [Music] guys I say can I say the suito rookie move guys but like I say we really are cooking on this [Music] channel going to get this studded by fancy term getting my knife I’ve got I don’t know 10 pieces of garlic in there proba and I’m going to flip this over and I’m going to stud this by putting a slit of knife a knife slit and put it in a clove of garlic well it helps if you make the whole big knif of the size of your but that’s all we’re doing guys studing this [Music] pork H not deep and [Applause] [Music] B so once you have your pork studded I’m going to get my roasting dish that I’m going to be using put my pork in here and I’ll go bottom side first and do half the marinade and get that all coated out it’s not even cooking it already smells good this and then the other half on the [Music] top [Music] so I’m going to get my hands washed up this is going in the fridge over night and tomorrow we’ll cook good yes how’s it smell good can you smell it over there for real yeah see you tomorrow guys it’s the following day so we’ve let our beautiful pork marinate overnight here’s our next steps step number one I’m going to put in two cups of that freshly squeezed narang agria if you can’t get that don’t forget to try to get your Nang agria I’m going to put two [Music] cups and one cup of just plain water I’m going to take a wet paper towel and I’m going to rub off the seasoning from the skin cuz we all know from all our chich chadong videos and pork belly videos that we like the skin to be crispy so in order for that to happen I have to have a clean you guys have seen our videos clean surface to accomplish that I’ve got my oven preheated at 300° I’m going to cover this in our pan I’m going to get my lid the aluminum foil is to make sure this is a Tight Seal cuz I don’t want any liquid evaporating out of here this is going in the oven 3 hours 20° and I’ll show you the next steps interesting side note here trip M and Juan don’t eat pork if they’re outside anywhere else on the menu they’re not eating it but if I make it they go in so let’s see if Triple L enjoy this dish [Music] see y’all in 3 [Music] hours the hour is up it smells good in here because we’re making the side dish but let’s let’s go to our next [Music] step okay I wasn’t smelling it before but now do you smell it yes so oh my go our next step is to take the lid [Music] off take the foil off can you guys see that now yes smells delicious it’s nowhere it’s nowhere even near being ready but it smells good so now we got the up to 400° we are going to go for another hour the goal is to dry up half this liquid we’ve already brazed it but I also want to crisp up the skin say that fast three times so in the oven we [Music] go see you guys in an [Music] hour so it’s been going for a little bit over an hour and then I raised it to 500° for the last 10 minutes so maybe hour and 20 minutes total how does it look looks good no good I’m more concerned about I got to clean this pot afterward we’ll figure that out later on everyone’s excited they all want to eat but here comes the hard part we have to let it rest for 30 minutes so we’ll be back we’ll check on you in a few minutes but right now and I’ll do this for you cuz I know one is a few [Music] are yeah crispy Le’s favorite part see you in 30 minutes after we let it rest guys the 30 minutes are up time to pull shred debone it and get creative with this beautiful roasted pork so first things first I’ll get my bone out of here or attempt to get the bone out of [Music] here I know someone would have been happy with that then shred this up a little bit and you thought it too much meat I should have gotten a 20 lb one how much is that one four all you for you all and then I’ll put on some of the reserved grap [Music] bab toss that up again and I’ll be back with our plate to serve but that looks smells good so roasted pork is typically served with more gandulas which I made and I’ll go ahead and serve myself up some of this luscious pork they said everyone said you guys heard them that that’s not enough we’ll see if it is I am going to be greedy and do a little bit of that juice top of mine maybe some pepper flake and they can all test I haven’t tasted it yet no so this will be the first time [Music] that’s delicious taste yes we went to that restaurant I I said the begin the video got motivated to try it first time ever doing it this way and this is a winner next time more Pork yeah more pork 10 10 lbs at least everyone remembers Alicia andon is going to be jealous no he’s not he’ll be okay don’t show him the video I want to get some [Music] ice yeah that’s good guys if you like the   2. I also like Mofongo Dominican. Anything with plantain is good. I had a meat version as well as a seafood one. Why you don’t like seafood, I’ll never understand….
