Ingredients:
– Sushi Rice (Rice + Vinegar )
– Cucumber
– Avocado
– Shrimp
– Frying Oil
– Frying mix
– Tuna
– Sriracha
-Sesame Oil
– Eel Sauce
– Mustard Sauce
– Seaweed Paper
– Unagi (Eel)
– Masago (optional)
– Red Radish (optional)
– Katsuobushi ( optional)
– Salmon Egg (optional)
– Green Onion (optional)

  1. Amazing! Just my thoughts, im by no means a sushi chef but have been rollin for a few years:

    1. @00:16 That a very dangerous way of cutting a cucumber! One slip up and your palm is sliced. Why not use the whole cumcumber, cut off the ends, slice it in the middle across the length, gut out the moist parts with a spoon and julienne it. More even parts and it will match the length of the nori 🙂

    2. @3:20 is the ramp like distribution of the sushi intentional? Would make sense because I highly doubt the roll would hold otherwise..
