    When you serve it, is long side of the rye facing the customer like in the photo or vertical? It looks fantastic but the direction seems off slightly haha. Just what my mind pointed out. Dish looks superb though

    Simply the thought of scraping a metal utensil against that surface is making me cringe, because that is a “nails on chalkboard” type sound and feel for me.
