– 5 zucchinis
– 4 potatoes
– 1 onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 block / 200gr / 7oz feta cheese or muzithra cheese
– 2.5oz / 70gr / 1/2 cup hard cheese like kefaloturi, parmesan, romana, manchego or hard goats cheese
– 1 bunch / 3 tablespoons of parsley
– 1/2 cup olive oil

– 1 teaspoon of salt

Κρητικό Μπουρέκι με Κολοκύθια & Πατάτες

Αυτή είναι μια συνταγή για ένα παραδοσιακό ελληνικό πιάτο από την Κρήτη που ονομάζεται Μπουρέκι. Ένας συνδυασμός κολοκυθιών και πατάτας, με ένα μείγμα από μαλακό και σκληρό τυρί που θα λατρέψετε. Ένα τόσο νόστιμο, ρουστίκ φαγητό αρκετό για να χορτάσει μια μεγάλη οικογένεια ή θα μπορούσατε να φυλάξετε λίγο για την επόμενη μέρα. Είναι πραγματικά εύκολο να ετοιμάσετε όλα τα λαχανικά μέσα σε μόλις 15 λεπτά και μετά απλά περιμένετε να ψηθεί στο φούρνο!
