hi everyone I’m Amy and today I’m making a delicious spinach dip now this recipe takes just a few ingredients so it’s really easy to throw together and it’s great to take to holiday parties get togethers or to have any time so let’s get started preheat your oven to 350° and for this recipe you will need 1 10 oz package of Frozen chopped spinach Tha it and then remove as much of the liquid as you can by squeezing it and pressing it between paper towels now place the spinach into a bowl then add 1 and 1/2 tblspoon of ranch dressing mix 1 8 oz package of cream cheese at room temperature 8 oz of sour cream and 1 half a cup of shredded cheese and you can use whatever cheese you like such as cheddar or I’m using a Mexican style blend but if you want your dip to be spicier you could also use pepper jack cheese now mix this together well then place the mixture into a small baking dish now bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes then remove it from the oven and top it it with another half a cup of your shredded cheese then place it back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes then remove it from the oven and let it cool some before serving with your favorite tortilla chips and here it is delicious spinach dip this is good served either hot or cold it’s also good with some crispy bacon pieces mixed in for this recipe and many more check out the website and for this recipe you will need 1 10 oz package of chopped frozen spinach Frozen chop chops Frozen what am I saying you can use whatever cheese you like such as cheddar or I’m using a Mex this is good served either hot or cold can’t get [Laughter] it

  12. Hello lovely Amy. Its been ages since I came by to say hello. Been so busy to do much of anything but I figured I should see what's new and exciting and this Spinach dip is definitely exciting because I really spinach dip 🙂 One question I have about this dip… What would happen if I try and substitute fresh chopped spinach instead of frozen? I'd imagine the frozen one would thaw and be softer and if so, could I just toss the fresh spinach into boiling water for 30 seconds to soften it?

  13. Hi my dear friend! I'm sorry I just found your post. It's so great hearing from you! It has been a long time… I pray all is well your way! Fresh spinach will work great. You will need more spinach if you use fresh. Just chop the spinach (and remove stems) and boil it for a couple of minutes. Strain and rinse in cool water and dry well. Wishing you and yours a beautiful and blessed weekend!

  14. Awww, thank you so much for the very kind words MaryE! I appreciate it more than you know! I stored mine in a sealed container in the fridge. It should last about a week, although we usually eat it up before then, lol. I hope you will like this recipe. Thank you again for stopping by. Wishing you and yours a beautiful day and week to come!

  15. Delicious! I made this for a potluck at the office and now every time we have a potluck my coworkers tell me I have no choice but to make this spinach dip. They also chase me down in the parking lot before I enter the office LOL
