Australian wagyu ribeye, cherry balsamic sauce, pommes purée a la Robuchon

All feedback welcome. I think I put the purée too far from the action. Also wasn’t sure how best to place the cherries so I put them around the border. Pretty proud of the cook on my steak though. Grilled on a Weber propane grill.
