Too much liquid I can barely see the fish. Maybe try a different colour bowl too

If I saw a pond that looked like this I’d call the EPA to report a superfund site

I think it looks like abstract art, which I can appreciate. But it doesn’t make me want to eat it. It’s hard to even identify what I’m being presented.
It would be great to see a greater range of colors and textures.

My criticism is for your herb garnish looks to be dying. It’s like a sad dill. Shock them in ice water or use livelier herbs.

So interesting, I wish I could taste it!

you need like, a tenth of the liquid.

Although i understand the criticism voiced here, I have to say I personally really like the approach. The first association I had with the dish was that of a slightly poisonous, mysterious pond with crocodiles in it, and although that might not be the intended effect, I find it a really exciting composition and especially like the play with textures whilst choosing such similar colors. It’s something different and I for sure would love to know what it tastes like.

It looks like raw fish in egg whites with oil and wilted dill. I typically love crudo, but I wonder what you were going for with the playing of this. None of the ingredients stand out in a good way

i’m gonna be honest i really thought this was a petri dish at first couple glances 😅

Not joking I thought this was a Petri dish when I first saw it, probably from the lighting.
I don’t exactly dislike the dish, but like most people have said it doesn’t feel appetising and probably had too much liquid.

A crudo dish should never have that much liquid
