Roasted hatch, pretzel crackers, escabèche and some pickled mustard seed.
I’m very bad at photography so enjoy my pre service station.

    The only thing I don’t like is the crackers. I would either use a separate plate/basket for them, or have smaller (maybe triangular, I’m a sucker for the shape and three is a great number in plating in general) and put them on the side without them hanging off the plate. It feels like the crackers are treasonous pirates walking the plank.
