My first tip would be to change the naming of your dish. Lead with the cod and how it’s repaired, not the potato.

Home cook here, myself, so I understand the pressure of posting here. But these are my thoughts, for what its worth: the dill oil should either be totally random, or a neat circle/spiral. This is neither. And go lighter and more random on the chives, if you’re going to use them.
