    My mouth is salivating. I think the only thing here is that the greens and pepper toppings feel like afterthoughts. Maybe create a lovely but small salad with tons of acidity to balance the rich and fatty flavors of this dish. You could add toasted seeds into the salad for a textural component.

    That’s either a ton of short rib, or the smallest carrots you could find.
