    Looks good, love me some smorrebrød. Brioche is an interesting choice.

    Plating looks good, maybe a drizzle of something could be a nice addition?

    Looks good, I would crush this plate! Is this an entrée?

    My only note would be the cut on the eel filets, I know it’s hard to get a clean cut though.

    Also, I feel like a darker plate would really compliment the dish.
